Group Facilities Manager
Our team is growing & we are looking for a Facilities Manager in our London office.

We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Finance and Governance team as our Facilities Manager. This is a full time, permanent position located in London 4 days a week in our Liverpool Street office with occasional travel nationwide. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. The salary on offer is up to £65,000, depending on experience.
Let’s talk about the role, it involves:
- Ensuring compliance with internal policy and relevant legislation
- Owning regular group internal/external reporting on facilities, rent reviews, lease renewals and surrenders, scheduled and emergency repairs, utilities and bill validation, EPCs, statutory safety obligations, security, and all insurance related facilities matters.
- Working directly with finance to ensure spend to manage current and future spend and ensuring we are working in a cost effective way
- Owning and enhancing our relationship with suppliers
- Working within our acquisitions to ensure onboarding of sites is seamless.
- Understanding of the Health Safety act and legislation
