We have a very exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our L&D department. As part of the Learning and Development team you will be responsible for delivering the best learning experience for our teams, whether this is via a Classroom, Virtual Classrooms or through our Inspire to Learn Learning Management System.
With travel across the regions, you can expect a basic of £40k with car allowance and annual bonus working Monday - Friday with 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

The Role
- Support end to end learning cycle including learning needs analysis, learning design, learning delivery and assessment
- Design and develop learning programmes based on internal and external customer priorities
- Identify trends and strategic requirements aligned to the future business plans and initiatives
- Continuously evaluate the return on investment and group feedback of learning to ensure it is fit for purpose and updated/changed as appropriate
- Support the delivery of learning and development programmes including inductions, learning pathways, workshops and blended learning programmes
- Design and delivery of virtual classrooms
- Collaborate with other members of the L&D team to delivery industry leading learning
- Stay ahead of learning and development trends and source new initiatives to appropriately apply into the delivery of the L&D plan
- Introduce new approaches to add value and increase learning and learning effectiveness and enhance the Groups learning opportunity.
- Assist the L&D team with all aspects of internal and external L&D reports
- Find new ways of using functions in Learning Management System (LMS) that are not currently being utilised to maximise the LMS functions and actively promote these to the Group
The ideal candidate will need:
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to present in an engaging interesting way
- Ideally experience of operating effectively as an L&D partner within an estate agency background or experience of working as an L&D partner or broad experience of working in estate agency as a minimum.
- Technical experience of running and promoting an LMS and a passion for delivering first class learning sessions through different channels.
- To be comfortable to step out of your comfort zone and get involved in creating and delivering new, innovative learning approaches.
